To be sure that the deck area remained waterproof, we installed ice and water dams. For a maintenance free installation, we fabricated a new deck roof from new twenty ounce flat seam roofing panels.

Slate Steeple Restoration, Weathervane Restoration
The steeplejacks of ACSC restored the slate covered spire on the Presbyterian Church, replacing the deteriorated hip flashings, so that the steeple will be secure and waterproof.
