Repair of Steeple Cornice Moldings
At The Reformed Church we prepared the bell tower for painting by power washing all surfaces, scraping loose paint and wire brushing. Rotted fascia and soffit sections of the deteriorated cornice were cut out and replaced with wood, fabricated identically to the existing historic woodwork. Sealants and primer were applied, followed by finish coats of high grade paint.
