Old Stone House, Rebuild Walls
Coxsackie, Greene County, New York
Stone Construction, CMU Construction, Concrete Foundation
The Old Stone House had been abandoned, and looted for stone. The entire gable end of the stone constructed house had collapsed. Advance Construction was hired to re-construct the gable end wall to match the original construction. We began with a cleanup and collection of the stone. Excavation, and a re-enforced concrete footing was then poured. This was followed by beginning to set the many tons of stone to reach the gable elevation.
