Flat Seam Copper Roofing Installed over Church Belfry Deck
Once we had scaffolded and rigged the First Congregational Church, rotted belfry roof deck sections were removed. New roof decking was then installed for belfry elevations and upper water tables of the steeple. To be sure that the deck area remained waterproof, we installed ice and water dams. For a maintenance free installation, we fabricated a new deck roof from new twenty ounce flat seam roofing panels. New soffit and fascia along with custom moldings had been installed and recieved fresh finish coats of top grade paint.
